  • What days do you pickup and deliver?
    Every day! LaundryBud operates from 8am until 11pm.
  • Do I have to separate lights and darks?
    Why would you need to do that? All of the sorting and preparing will be done for you. Simply leave us your clothes and we will do the rest.
  • Do I have to be at my dorm for pickups and deliveries?
    No! LaundryBud values convenience. You can simply leave your laundry outside, but if you wish to be at your room and hand the washer your clothes when we pick up and drop off, simply select that option inside the LaundryBud app.
  • Do I put my clothes out for pickup in trash bags?
    No. You can put your clothes out for pickup in any bag or hamper you want. They will be delivered to you in the same container that we receive them in.
  • What if I don't want to leave my clothes outside for pickup?
    If you do not want to leave your clothes outside and want a Washer to pick them up directly, we have an option for that inside the LaundryBud app. Simply select "Wait at Door" and your Buddy will knock on your door and hand-receive your clothing.
  • Can you hang-dry certain items?
    At the moment we do not offer hang drying.
  • Do you wash clothes in hot or cold water?
    Clothes are primarily washed in warm water. However, if you want your clothes washed differently, simply add a note and you’ll be accommodated.
  • Can you return certain items hung?
    At the moment, we do not offer clothes hanging.
  • Do my clothes get mixed with other orders?
    No, absolutely not! Your clothes are kept together at all times and you can rest assured your clothes will never be mixed with other orders.
  • Do you use fabric softener?
    Fabric softener is not recommended because it damages fabrics and shortens the life of clothes. However, if you want fabric softener simply add a note and provide the fabric softener you want and it’ll be done for you.
  • Is there a minimum?
    There is no minimum weight. We are the only laundry service provider with no minimum weight!
  • Where do you service?
    We currently service all dorms in the Tempe Arizona State University campus.
  • What if clothes are lost or damaged?
    To date this has not occured. Your laundry is tagged, kept together, and separate from other orders at all times. Whites and colors are separated and clothes are dried in normal heat. Your washer will use a standard washer and dryer. However, in the rare event items are lost or damaged you are protected under our LaundryBud Guarantee*. *Up to $50
  • How long do the services take?
    Our standard service is completed within 5 hours. For those in a rush, we offer a priority service that shortens this time to just 3 hours. The duration can vary slightly depending on the type of service chosen, the volume of laundry, and any additional requests such as stain removal.
  • Is my identity and payment information protected?
    All messages, reviews, contact information, & payment details are handled through a secure system so your information is private and safe. It is never rented, sold, or shared with anyone for any reason. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and you are protected very carefully.
