We, at LaundryBud Inc. (“LaundryBud” or “We” or “Us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. By visiting LaundryBud’s online website (the “Site”), or using our mobile application (the “App”), or using any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you (the “User” or “you”) acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. All independent service providers who provide laundry services to Users (“Washers”) are Users subject to and agreeing to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes: the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, register with, access, or use any part of the Services and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy does not apply to information that we collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App or that you provide to or is collected by any third-party (see Third-Party Information Collection).
Our websites and apps and the other third parties we partnership in order to operate our service, have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not visit the Site, download, register with, or use the App, or use our Services. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

INFORMATION AND HOW WE CAN COLLECT
We collect information from and about Users directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the App, the Site, and Services.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you download, register with, or use the App, we ask you provide information about yourself, such as your name, postal address, email address, or telephone number (“Personal Information”). If you place an order through our Services, you will be asked to additionally provide credit card and billing information and the details of your order.
This information includes:
(i.) Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the App. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the App or our Services.
(ii.) Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
(iii.) Details of transactions you carry out through the App and of the fulfillment of your orders. You shall be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the App.
If you log into the App through a third-party service, both we and that third-party service may receive some information about you and your use of our Services. For example, if you choose to log into the Services with your Apple account, we may receive information from Apple, such as your name, e-mail address, and etc. We may also offer social sharing tools (such as the Instagram “Like” button) that let you share actions on the Services with other websites and vice versa. In those cases, the providers of those tools may receive information about you when you use those tools. You should check the privacy policies of these third-party services and your settings there for more information.
Automatic Information Collection and Tracking
When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:
(i.) Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
(ii.) Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
(iii.) Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information. If you choose to add a profile picture to your account, the App will request access to your photos.
If you do not want us to collect this information, you may opt-out at any time by updating your privacy settings. For more information, see Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information. Note, however, that opting out of the App’s collection of location information shall disable its location-based features and may restrict your use of the Services.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking). See Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information for information on how you can opt out of behavioral tracking on or through the App.
1.3 Information Collection Technologies
The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include Cookies (browser or mobile cookies) and Web Beacons. A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone or the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it shall refuse cookies, our system shall issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Site. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our App.
1.4 Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
(i.) Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.
(ii.) Analytics companies.
(iii.) Your mobile device manufacturer.
(iv.) Your mobile service provider.
They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
2. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
2.1 No Use by Children. The Site, the App and the Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we shall delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at support@laundrybud.com.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 Use of Personal Information. We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to:
(i.) Provide you with the App and our Services, improve the quality of our Services, to develop new services;
(ii.) Allow your Washer (the independent service provider who provides the laundry services for you) to pick up and drop off your order at your designated location, and to communicate with you if there are any updates or issues. Washers shall not use, collect, or disclose User information, including any Personal Information, except as provided herein and as necessary to perform the Services;
(iii.) Charge you for your orders through our payment processing partner;
(iv.) Give you notices about your account and offer you customized content (including promotions and coupons);
(v.) Notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it; and
(vi.) Provide you with customer service, respond to your communications and requests, and contact you about your use of our Services.
3.2 Use of Usage Information. The usage information we collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:
(i.) Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
(ii.) Store information about your preferences; and
(iii.) Recognize you when you use the Services.
We use location information we collect to provide the Services, find Washers near you, provide status updates on your order, and to help Washers navigate to your pick-up/drop off spot for your order.
4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 Disclosure. We may disclose, without restriction, aggregated information about our users that does not identify any individual. In addition, we may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide:
(i.) To Washers, to identify you at pick-up and delivery of your order.
(ii.) To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
(iii.) To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to provide our Services.
(iv.) To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of LaundryBud's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by LaundryBud about our App users is among the assets transferred.
(v.) To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to these disclosures. For more information, see Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information.
(vi.) To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to use the "Refer a friend" feature of our Website or App, we shall transmit the contents of that email and your email address to the recipients.
(vii.) For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
(viii.) Mostly with your consent.
(ix.) To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
(x.) To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the App EULA, Terms of Service, and for billing and collection.
(xi.) If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of LaundryBud, our Users, or others.
5. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT OUR COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.
5.1 Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App or the Site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
5.2 Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings. Note, however, that opting out of the App's collection of location information will disable its location-based features and may restrict your use of the Services.
5.3 Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your email address or phone number to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by logging into the App and opting out in the your account profile or by sending us an email stating your request to support@laundrybud.com.
5.4 Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising and Marketing. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile or by sending us an email stating your request to support@laundrybud.com.
5.5 Third Parties’ Collection or Use. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

6. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 Changing Personal Information. You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the App and visiting your Account profile page. You may also send us an email at support@laundrybud.com to correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

7. YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
7.1 California Residents. State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. California law permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to support@laundrybud.com.
8. DATA SECURITY
8.1 Security Measures. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Any payment transactions shall be encrypted.
8.2 Your Responsibility to Protect. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
8.3 Inherent Risks. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
9. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Changes; Notice. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes to this policy are made, the date at the top of the Privacy Policy shall be revised. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we shall post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated and we may additionally notify you by email or an in-App alert the first time you use the App after we make the material change.
You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active, and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
