Our Process
After ordering our service, within 15 minutes one of our washers will be at your door ready to begin servicing your clothes at your convenience.
1. Pick up
After picking up your clothes, we inspect it for loose items to make sure nothing is left behind. We return any found items when we drop off your laundry.
2. Prewash Inspection
Your clothes are separated as per instructions and washed with water at a warm temperature to preserve color. If ordered, we also pretreat stains.
3. Suds and Soap
Your laundry is folded, your socks paired, and your clothes bagged to preserve the freshness and quality of your clothes.
